It was neat, breakfast was astonishing and marvellous. The location was relatively quiet and absolutely perfect, very close to all attractions as well as shops and restaurants and easily accessible.

The location is great and fab, 2 km from Aqua Park. It is set in a nice area.

I liked this good modern and pretty standard place, stayed there for 6 nights. I ate at a very clean restaurant for breakfast. It had central location close to Art Gallery Yam.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the beautiful design of the hotel, combining local folklore with a modern twist. The superior queen room I stayed in was spacious and had a huge terrace, which offered stunning views. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options including fresh bread rolls, fruits, and a lovely selection of teas. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, being just a few minutes walk from the main street and surrounded by a lovely park.

One aspect that I disliked about my stay was the spa area, which I found to be quite poor. despite the hotel having a spa, there were no bathrobes or slippers provided in the rooms, and guests had to pay extra for them.

Twin room with a nice terrace, a lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Paid gbp 503. Excellent amiable staff, stunning location very near to the city center.

We appreciated rooms with comfortable beds. It was in a central location, according to mountains. The stuff where very helpful the whole time.

Our room was reasonably spacious and offered a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, and an electric kettle. The staff was very pleasant and a fantastic and marvellous breakfast was provided. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk to a market and stores;)))

Truly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The staff was fairly friendly and excellent. The unit we got was spacious and huge with a lovely view, a very nice balcony, for instance. We did not want to leave, recommend.

The hotel with spacious rooms, in a shopping area, close to « everything » in Zakopane. Fantastic and marvellous breakfast with a good choice of food, very pleasant staff.

A bit dark room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the city center and all the restaurants. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely remarkable and surpassed my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The variety of meats, cheeses, and other dishes was impressive, and they even refilled them when they were still half full. Additionally, I loved the rooftop bar, which was a hidden gem. They had a wide selection of beverages to choose from, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The units are brand-new and huge with lovely views. The breakfast was astonishing, we really enjoyed a wide range of meals.

We truly enjoyed this place, everything was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a good choice of meals. Central location was a plus. The bus stop was 300 metres away. No complains at all, the venue met expectation, recommend it.

Everything met the needs, I would book here again. Soundproof room, everything was perfectly fine. The location was relatively quiet and absolutely perfect, for example, Aqua Park was not too far from the hotel. It was located in a pedestrian area so close to a park as well as Krupowki Street, an excellent place for me: D

Overall it was a nice size and soundproof with comfortable beds. The location was magnificent, next to Krupowki Street. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Zakopane.
